When I founded PBT in 2004, my vision was simple: to create a supportive, high-quality learning environment where students could grow into confident, skilled professionals. With over three decades in the beauty industry — including working internationally and examining for CIBTAC — I’ve seen how truly powerful education can be when it’s delivered with care, passion, and integrity.
